I cannot tell you guys how much I appreciate you sharing Bible verses with me this week. I do not know where my life would be if I didn't have His Word and the love and support of my sisters in Christ! (Abby, Kim, Jackie, Jill, Jean and many more!) I am more grateful today than I was yesterday!
Psalm 34
1 I will extol the LORD at all times;
his praise will always be on my lips.
2My soul will boast in the LORD;
let the afflicted hear and rejoice.
3 Glorify the LORD with me;
let us exalt his name together.
4 I sought the LORD, and he answered me;
he delivered me from all my fears.
5 Those who look to him are radiant;
their faces are never covered with shame.
6 This poor man called, and the LORD heard him;
he saved him out of all his troubles.
22 The LORD redeems his servants;
no one will be condemned who takes refuge in him.
Thanks, Fran & Shonda
There is a book, "A Wise Woman" by Erin Thiele that is chock full of ways to be a better wife. It has loads of Scripture and I have a copy by my nightstand.
Thanks, Annie
1 Corinthians 10:13 (NRSV)
No testing has overtaken you that is not common to everyone. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tested beyond your strength, but with the testing he will also provide the way out so that you may be able to endure it.
Psalm 56:3-4
When I am afraid, I will trust in you. In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust, I will not be afraid.
Isaiah 41:10
So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Philippians 4:6-7 and 13
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Thanks, Kat
Hebrews 10:36 helped me:
"You need to persevere, so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what He has promised"
Thanks, Jen
I will be praying!
2 Cor 5:7
7We live by faith, not by sight.
Eph 5:21-33
21Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ.
Thanks, Jenny
Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
Thanks, Chris
I Thank God for every single one of you... now I can go and have a good day at work!

And I am thankful for you this morning--for choosing God over circumstances, for reminding me to look up, and for being your sweet self. Gratitude is powerful and knowing the One to be thankful to is the best.
How's it going Ang? I have been praying for you girl! I have such an impression of HOPE, every time I pray for you. HOPE in the Lord girl!
I've been praying for you too.
We can ALWAYS find comfort in His word!
Hugs!
Kat

I will keep praying!
Blessings in Christ--
I wish I could have recorded my sweet little 6 yr old learning and then reciting his memory verse for school. I thought of you and here we share it with you....use your imagination with little boy language....
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6
I thought of you over and over and over as he said it to me. I just kept thinking "Angie's prayer" as we said it together.
So, you have been prayed for by a 37 yr old and a 6 yr old tonight.
Blessings and I hope its been a good day!
Fran and Dylan
We love you so girl!! You are an inspiration to so many of us and you bless us with your sweet words. We love to give that back to you too!! Hope today was a great day!! Love you!!!
I have been on in spurts this week cause my computer crashed and I'm limited time wise sharing laptops...so I missed Monday's request but felt God prompting me to come over here tonight to say to you Psalm 138:8 - your good God will accomplish all that concerns you tonight. Went back and read your last few posts...and what comes to my mind is Deut 33:12 you are the One the Lord loves. Let the beloved of the Lord REST SECURE in Him for He shields Angie all day long. And I think of II Cor. 2:14 that you are the fragrance of Jesus to many but may it especially be so true that you be that to your husband. And I pray II Thes. 1: 11, 12 that by His Power, may He fulfill every desire you have for righteousness, every desire to do good to your husband and every act prompted by your faith...there is a sweetness about you that is so inviting...
Ang,
Oh you are so loved and prayed for. May God continue to give you wisdom, peace and encouragement during this time.
keep us posted!
love ya,
kim
This post just makes me want to turn my blog into a favorite scripture blog instead of how I use it to vent so much! I do love reading those treasured verses. Thanks for sharing them :)
