These verses got my attention this week in our readings:
"She said to herself, “If I only touch his cloak, I will be healed.”
Jesus turned and saw her. “Take heart, daughter,” he said, “your faith has healed you.” And the woman was healed at that moment." (Matt 9:21-22)
I love this reminder that all we really need is Faith. The woman was healed immediately. If you don't already know the story, she had been "subject to bleeding for twelve years." Being a woman I cannot fathom bleeding for that long. She must have been desperate and knew there was Only One who was capable of healing her. And I don't know why, but when I hear Him call her "daughter" it is so very comforting. We all want to feel special.

wow Ang What a great post..and I love that song too..what you said is soooo true,,and I wish Faith came easier , but I am getting soooo much better at it..and also at acceptance.. acceptance that God has my life in his hands,,and that he wants the best for me,so where ever I am in life, as long as I am with him, I know its gonna be ok.. thanks for another great post..
